Young and dynamic staff are working together in close cooperation within a large and functional facility, treasuring the company long experience.
Valvomec has a complete in-house production cycle, starting with designing and prototyping and continuing wuth casting and machining processes. The final results are products of a high technical and quality standard, sold and appreciated all over the world. Often we work in cooperation with our customers developing their projects into final products.
Bronze castings are machined on CNC and on high tech machining centres with 5 and 6 axis. The operators are supported by an efficient Quality Dept, offering sophisticated latest technologythree dimensional measuring systems. The whole production process is monitored by periodical strictly planned dimensional and visual checking according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 which guarantees efficiency and quality on: materials acceptance, machining, assembling dept, testing dept.
We believe in Total Quality: from the drawing board to final shipment and after sales support, with availability of relevant materials and testing certificates. Valves are 100% pneumatically or hydrauliccally tested to guarantee high quality standard and safety.
